This error message appears in the log:

Could not access SOAP webservice

No DHL Express products are shown in the checkout.


Update to the latest version of the DHL Express extension and also the DHL Express SDK. If this is not done, the problem may not be fixed. Use Composer to execute the update.

Updating to the latest version will also give more meaningful error messages in the log.
